The RECON Pro Partner Program is RECON Wellness's athlete, coach, and creator partner program — you don't get sponsored, you get drafted. It runs two lanes: an open Drafted lane you apply to, carrying a 25% partner discount, 10% cash commission, and a 30-day cookie window; and a sealed lane above it that RECON initiates, with no form, no published criteria, and no way to request it. Applications are reviewed once a month in a single batch by a person, and everyone gets an answer — yes or no. You move up on cadence and conversion — consistent posting and real sales through your code — not on follower count.

Most ambassador programs bury the consequences. We don't. Here's exactly what gets you removed — and why we run it this way.

  • Reselling RECON gear or sharing your discount code publicly
  • Promoting competitor recovery brands while active in the program
  • Falsifying engagement data or attribution to inflate commission
  • Failing posting cadence two months in a row without notice
  • Misrepresenting product claims — no "cure," no "heal," no "treats"
  • FTC disclosure violations — #RECONpartner or #affiliate is mandatory on every post
One warning. Then you're out. We give a single written notice for any violation above. After that, the program closes for you and pending commissions are forfeited. We don't enjoy this part. We also don't negotiate it.

Applications are reviewed once a month, in one batch. Everyone gets an answer — yes or no. There is no fast-track, no priority queue, and no way to move your file up the stack. If you apply the day after a review, your file waits for the next one.

Why monthly instead of a 48-hour turnaround? Because a monthly batch is a promise we can actually keep. A rolling promise breaks the first busy week and turns "we always answer" into a lie on a webpage.
Not at Drafted. Drafted is a discount and a commission, not a gear package. Applying to this program does not lead to free equipment, and we're not going to imply otherwise to get more applications.

Equipment partnerships do exist above Drafted. RECON initiates those. They aren't requested, they aren't published as a package, and there's no version of "asking nicely" that starts one. If you want the fastest honest answer: run the Drafted lane well and let the numbers speak.
It's the real state of the roster, not decoration. Roster Open — a teal pulsing dot — means we're actively drafting into open partner slots this cycle. Holding Pattern — a steady blue dot — means the current class is being worked and we're not drafting new slots right now.

Either way, applications stay open and every file gets read at the next monthly review. The status never reads "closed," because the door never closes. We flip it to match reality, not to manufacture urgency — a scarcity light you can't trust is worse than no light at all.
Cash, Net 30, via direct deposit or PayPal. Sales close at month-end and commissions are paid within 30 days. Minimum payout threshold is $50 — anything under it rolls into the next month.

Tracking runs through a custom code at checkout and through your affiliate link, with a 30-day cookie window at Drafted. The 60-day window is a Tier 02 perk — it's a rung on the ladder, not a default.
No. Partner discount and affiliate commission don't stack on already-discounted products, and sale items are excluded from commission tracking. This protects the program from being used to game promotions — and protects your audience from confusing pricing.
One slow month is fine. Two in a row is not. We track monthly. Miss two consecutive months without notice and you drop a tier. Tell us in advance — injury, travel, life — and we'll pause your status without penalty. We're building a roster, not running a surveillance program.
Not other recovery brands. No NormaTec, Hyperice, Therabody, Joovv, BioMax, or Mito Red Light while you're in the program. Apparel, supplements, training tools, sports drinks, coaching software — all fine. The exclusivity is specific to direct-recovery competitors, because we can't have you split-tagging compression boots.
NextGen launches Phase 2, 2026. We're building it with proper legal scaffolding — parental consent, FTC compliance for minor endorsers, and state-specific protections. If you're a parent or coach with a 13–17 athlete who fits the brand, email info@reconwellness.com and we'll add you to the early-access list.
Yes — annual renewal with updated content samples. Active partners get renewal forms 30 days before their anniversary. Renewal isn't automatic; it's a check-in. We use it to confirm tribe fit, review the year's content, and decide together whether to continue at the same tier, move up, or move down.
