SECTION 5 – NEXTGEN ATHLETE PROGRAM (AGES 13–17)

Purpose
Identify and support the next generation of high-performing athletes—developing recovery awareness, brand collaboration skills, and mentorship relationships before they reach the professional level.

Eligibility

Ages 13–17
Actively training or competing in a sanctioned sport
Parent or guardian consent required

Parental Consent Process

Applicant lists parent/guardian email.
Guardian receives digital consent form (DocuSign/JotForm Sign).
Guardian approves participation and content use.
All communications and affiliate rewards route through guardian account.

Parental Consent Example

SECTION 7 – PROGRAM TERMS

Membership is by application only; approval not guaranteed.
Misuse, resale, or false representation will result in removal.
Members must comply with FTC endorsement and disclosure laws.
Renewal required annually with updated proof and activity.
RECON reserves the right to adjust tiers or benefits at any time.
