Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Shop Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately at support@reconwellness.com with your order number. Once shipped, standard return policies apply.
Do you offer financing or payment plans? Yes! We offer Shop Pay installments at checkout for qualifying orders, allowing you to split your purchase into interest-free payments.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
- Economy Shipping (free on orders $150+): 5–8 business days
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Options: 2-Day or Overnight available at checkout
Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all import fees.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also log into your account at www.reconwellness.com to view your order status.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- RRS Products (Compression Boots, Massage Guns, etc.): 30-day return window
- Renew & Solaris Products (PEMF Mats, Red Light Devices): 60-day return window
All returns require original packaging and an RGA number. Visit our Return Policy for full details.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Product Questions
Are RECON products medical devices? No. RECON products support recovery, mobility, and wellness but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult your physician before use.
Do your products come with a warranty? Yes, many products include manufacturer warranties. Warranty details vary by device and are listed on product pages, manuals, or packaging.
Can I use RECON products if I have a medical condition? Consult your physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, have metal implants, have a pacemaker, or are recovering from injury or surgery.

How do I create an account? Click "Account" or "Sign In" at the top of our website and select "Create Account." You can also create an account during checkout.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
