    Pulsed electromagnetic fields are the second pillar of the RECON system. Renew mats deliver an adjustable 1 to 30 Hz field with four quick presets: 3 Hz Wind-Down, 8 Hz Unwind, 10 Hz Everyday and 23 Hz Pre-Training for peak days. Far-infrared heat and a crystal layer run underneath.
