At RECON Recovery Concierge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, we've made the process simple and transparent.

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • No restocking fee when returned in like-new condition

RECON Renew & RECON Solaris Renew PEMF Mat, Renew+, Renew+ Pillow, Red Light Panels, Red Light Pads, Red Light Silicone Mask, Light Therapy Mats

  • 60-day return window from date of delivery
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • No restocking fee when returned in like-new condition
  • Up to 15% adjustment may apply if packaging is missing/damaged, accessories are missing, or device shows visible wear

Return Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn or unused (light handling is acceptable)
  • In original packaging with all protective materials
  • Accompanied by all manuals, parts, cables, and accessories
  • Clean and undamaged, in like-new physical condition
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number.

  1. Contact us at support@reconwellness.com or call 303-335-9827
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your RGA number and return instructions
  4. Ship your return within 10 business days of RGA issuance

Returns sent without an RGA will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping for all standard returns
  • RECON covers return shipping only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method
  • RECON is not responsible for items lost in transit

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For these cases, RECON will:

  • Cover return shipping costs
  • Provide either a replacement or full refund after inspection

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Consumables or hygiene-sensitive accessories
  • Opened replacement parts that cannot be sanitized
  • Clearance or "final sale" items
  • Customized or personalized equipment
  • Gift cards

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You'll be notified if the refund was approved
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund
