At RECON Recovery Concierge, we stand behind the quality and performance of every recovery device we offer. Many of our products include manufacturer warranties to give you peace of mind with your purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty details can be found:

Typical warranty coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Electrical or mechanical malfunctions

Warranties do NOT cover:

  • Cosmetic damage that doesn't affect functionality

Standard Warranty Periods

While specific warranties vary by product, here are general guidelines:

RECON Recovery Systems (RRS)

  • Compression Boots: Typically 1-year manufacturer warranty
  • Massage Guns: Typically 1-year manufacturer warranty
  • Accessories: Typically 90-day to 1-year warranty

RECON Renew & Solaris

  • PEMF Mats: Typically 1-3 year manufacturer warranty
  • Red Light Devices: Typically 1-3 year manufacturer warranty

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered under warranty:

  1. Contact us within the warranty period:

  2. Provide the following information:

    • Order number or proof of purchase
    • Product name and serial number (if applicable)
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos or videos showing the defect (if possible)
  3. Our team will:

    • Review your claim
    • Determine if the issue is covered under warranty
    • Provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund

Warranty Service Process

Depending on the issue and product, warranty service may include:

  • Replacement: We'll send you a new unit
  • Repair: We'll provide instructions for returning the product for repair
  • Troubleshooting: Our team may help resolve the issue remotely

Shipping for warranty claims:

  • RECON covers return shipping for valid warranty claims
  • We'll provide a prepaid shipping label when applicable

Registration

While not required, we recommend registering your product with the manufacturer (if applicable) to:

  • Ensure warranty coverage is on file
  • Receive product updates and safety notices
  • Streamline the warranty claim process

Extended Warranty & Protection Plans

Some products may offer optional extended warranty or protection plans at the time of purchase. These plans can provide:

Defective Items Outside Warranty Period
