How to Use

  1. Connect the Hip Attachment to your RECON Elite System using the included dual-hose connectors.

  2. Secure the wrap around your waist and upper thighs using the adjustable straps.

  3. Power on the Elite Hub and select “Hip Mode” on the color LCD touchscreen.

  4. Start at 100 mmHg, then increase pressure gradually for your ideal comfort and intensity.

  5. Choose from six compression modes and relax for 15–30 minutes as the system restores circulation and mobility.
