How to Start a Return

All returns require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Do not ship anything back without one — returns sent without an RGA will not be accepted.

Email support@reconwellness.com or call 303-335-9827 with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Your RGA

We'll send you an RGA number and return instructions within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship

Repackage the product in its original box with all original packing materials, manuals, cables, and accessories. You are responsible for packaging the product properly — items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging may be refused.

Ship within 10 business days of RGA issuance using a trackable, insured shipping method. Customer pays return shipping.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll notify you. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Allow additional time for your bank to post.

What You Need to Know

Restocking Fee

No restocking fee when products are returned in like-new condition with original packaging.

Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping on all standard returns. Use a trackable, insured method — RECON is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Packaging

Products must be returned in original packaging with all protective materials. You are responsible for ensuring the product is packed securely for transit. Keep your original box.

Defective or Damaged

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect — contact us within 7 days with photos. RECON covers return shipping and will replace the item. That's on us.

Exchanges

Return the item you have, then place a new order for the item you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product.

Non-Returnable

Consumables and hygiene-sensitive accessories, opened replacement parts that cannot be sanitized, clearance or "final sale" items, customized or personalized equipment, and gift cards.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return. If more than 15 business days pass after we've approved the return, contact us.
