Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. That means if a component fails under normal use because of how it was built — not because of how it was used — it's covered.

Examples of covered issues: LED failure beyond normal tolerance, compressor malfunction, PEMF coil failure, touchscreen defect, controller failure, faulty wiring or connections.

Not covered: damage from drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized modification, use outside recommended parameters, cosmetic wear (scuffs, surface scratches), damage from improper voltage or power surges, and normal wear and tear on soft goods (boot fabric, mat surface material).

No. Your warranty is active from the date of purchase — no registration required. Just keep your order confirmation email or receipt as proof of purchase. That's all you need to file a claim.

For gyms, clinics, studios, and other commercial environments, RECON offers a separate commercial warranty program. Commercial use involves higher duty cycles and multi-user wear patterns — the warranty terms reflect that.

Individual LED variance is normal in any panel with hundreds or thousands of emitters. However, if more than 5% of LEDs on your panel are non-functional within the warranty period, the panel qualifies for replacement.

Send us a photo or video showing the affected LEDs with the panel powered on. We'll evaluate and resolve it quickly.

No. RECON warranties cover the original purchaser only and are non-transferable. Warranty claims require proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) from reconwellness.com. If you purchased secondhand, the warranty does not apply.

If the issue is a confirmed manufacturing defect, RECON covers return shipping — we'll provide a prepaid shipping label. You won't pay to fix something that wasn't your fault.
