When you train at intensity, you simultaneously damage three subsystems. Most recovery products only address one. RECON is built to close all three loops in the right order.

Mitochondrial Damage

Training depletes ATP and damages the mitochondria that make it. Without intervention, cellular energy output drops, fatigue compounds, and the next session loads onto an under-resourced engine. Red light photobiomodulation drives ATP regeneration at the cytochrome c oxidase site.
