I love that my gym added the Renew PEMF Mat as a recovery amenity. The frequency range is great. I’m big into earthing/grounding, but it’s not always practical in the city. I can get a similar frequency and benefits from using this mat as I can to grounding outside. The temperature setting is a bonus, and it’s really comfortable.
