// 01
Fascia Release That Actually Shows Up.
A standard foam roller relies on gravity and grit. The Power Roller adds high-intensity vibration so the session feels less like punishment. Warm up before the lift or roll out after the long day, with less misery.
Turn on the vibration. Let the tissue let go. →

// 02
4 Vibration Levels. Warm-Up to Deep Recovery.
One speed is for ceiling fans. You're not a ceiling fan. The Power Roller gives you 4 vibration levels from 1,800 to 3,800 RPM so it can match the moment, low for warm-up and relaxation, high for deep recovery when legs, hips, and back feel cooked.
Dial it in. Don't just suffer through it. →
1,800 to 3,800 RPM
// 03
Mid-Length Portability. Full-Body Use.
Big enough to matter. Small enough to travel. 15.7 inches long for full-body rolling. 2.2 lbs so it's gym-bag friendly. Long enough for quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves, and back. Compact enough that it doesn't take over your life.
Mid-length precision. Total recovery. →

10 mm Amplitude. High-Torque Motor.
Not a gentle spa day. A reset button. The high-torque motor delivers a 10 mm amplitude, the kind of depth you normally only get from percussive tools. Translation: it gets into stubborn tissue without requiring you to grind one spot for 30 minutes like it owes you rent.
More stimulus. Less time. →

FAQs

A standard roller relies on gravity and grit. The Power Roller adds a high-torque vibration motor with 10 mm of amplitude, the kind of stimulus you normally only get from percussion tools, so tissue lets go faster and the session feels less like punishment.
Four vibration modes from 1,800 to 3,800 RPM. Low for warm-up before training, high for stubborn tissue and deep recovery after.
15.7 by 3.9 inches and 2.2 pounds. Long enough for quads, hamstrings, glutes, calves and back, light enough to live in a gym bag or a carry-on. It runs under 50 dB, so a hotel room is fine.
About 3 hours of rolling per charge. It recharges over USB-C with the included cable.
Power on and pick a speed. Place the roller under the target area and roll slowly with consistent pressure for 30 to 90 seconds per muscle group, pausing on tight spots. Lower speeds before training, higher speeds for stubborn tissue after. It is a rolling tool for before and after training; it does not replace a full warm-up, sleep or nutrition.
High-density EVA foam over a reinforced ABS core, so it holds its shape through real training blocks instead of deforming into a pool noodle.
Talk to your doctor first if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, a recent surgery, a bleeding condition or take blood thinners. Do not roll directly over joints, the spine, open wounds or acute injuries. The Power Roller is not a medical device.
Power Roller, USB-C charging cable and the user manual.

Best roller I have used!!! The massage action helps loosen my quads and hamstrings. I wake up and use the roller for 30 min every morning before my stretching routine. Love the product and can’t beat the price?

Just like a foam roller but with way more features. I always prefer these shorter ones as opposed to the extra long foam ones. Great tool

A foam roller, but better! If you train a lot, you already know how important rolling is. The power roller has been great for larger muscle groups like quads, hamstrings, and glutes, and even upper back after harder sessions. It gives a deeper release than a normal foam roller and helps loosen everything up after long runs or heavy leg days. It’s one of those tools that makes recovery feel way more effective instead of just going through the motions.

Usually I can get away with a typical foam roller, but I saw that this one vibrates and I had to try it! Definitely worth the buy as I am someone who rolls out every part of my body. It gets so much deeper and has way more power than a standard foam roller. I like to use it before my workouts to get everything loose and ready to go!

Usually I can get away with a typical foam roller, but I saw that this one vibrates and I had to try it. Definitely worth the buy! I roll out every part of my body and the added features that this offers are amazing! So much power and gets so much deeper than a typical foam roller!

ISSA VIBE! Ok this thing is so much better than my foam roller. It vibrates and gets so much deeper and moves the tissue around so I really get into the tight spots. Love this thing! 10/10 recommend!!

Wade competes in Hyrox at the elite level — he and partner Greg O'Brien went sub-60 in doubles at the World Championships in Sweden. RECON provided his product at no cost.

This little roller is way more powerful than I could have anticipated. A real life saver after a long workout. Exactly what I was looking for.
