I am 68 years old and very active. I am an avid skier, cyclist, and Pickleball addict. I use this mat daily. I especially love starting my morning under my Recon Red light panel. I typically start my day with prayer and meditation in an Alpha state, and relax under the light. It sets the tone for positive, active days.

This is one of my favorite ways to reset after training
Honestly become one of my favorite ways to slow down and recover at the end of the day. I’ll lie on the mat after training while stretching or just relaxing for a bit. With the amount of training I’m doing right now, having something that encourages you to actually take a few minutes to recover is huge. I use my Mat in the morning for 20 min on each side. In the morning I turn the PEMF button on 28 for energy. I use a small pillow under my forehead so that my face can get the red light effect more comfortably. I really see a significant improvement in my face wrinkles and my overall skin health. I am 75 and the have very sensitive skins that bruises and cuts easily. I feel my skin is better.
I also use the Mat at night on PEMF 3 for relaxing. I set my phone timer as sometimes I fall asleep.
