Project 7 Giveaway — Official Rules

Amended August 18, 2026: the entry period was extended by one day, from September 4 to September 5, 2026, and the drawing date moved accordingly. No other terms changed. The extension applies to all entrants, including those who entered before the amendment.

Sponsor: RECON Wellness, LLC ("Sponsor"). This promotion is sponsored solely by RECON Wellness. It is not administered by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Project 7, ValorFit, Instagram, or Meta.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Entry Period: Begins August 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM Mountain Time and ends September 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time. The entry period spans the full duration of the Project 7 event (August 14-20, 2026). RECON Match Day, on which Sponsor granted $10,000 to ValorFit, occurred on August 17, 2026 and is independent of this sweepstakes.

How to Enter: Submit your email address using the entry form at reconwellness.com/pages/project-7 and follow @reconwellness on Instagram. Both are required for a valid entry and together constitute one (1) base entry. No purchase and no donation is required. Optional bonus entries, as described on the giveaway page: sharing the giveaway to your Instagram story tagging @reconwellness (+5); referring a friend who enters (+5 per referred entrant, uncapped); following @valor_fit_org (+3); providing a mobile number and opting in to recurring automated marketing texts (+3; consent is not a condition of entry); answering the training-focus question (+2); following Matt Johnson / Project 7 (+1). Bonus entries are verified at Sponsor's reasonable discretion. Limit one base entry per person/email address.

Donations: Donations to ValorFit earn zero entries. Sponsor's $10,000 grant to ValorFit was made through a donor-advised fund, is unconditional, and is not affected by entries, purchases, or any promotional activity.

Prize: One (1) prize awarded to one (1) winner: RECON Renew+ Photon Mat (ARV $1,349), RECON Pro Compression Boots in the winner's size (ARV $575), and RECON Pulse Massage Gun (ARV $150). Total Approximate Retail Value: $2,074 USD. Shipped free within the United States. No cash alternative; prize is not transferable; Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 prior to the prize being shipped.

Winner Selection: One winner selected by random drawing (via RANDOM.ORG or equivalent) from all eligible entries on or about September 6, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prior to the prize being awarded, Sponsor may verify that the selected entrant is following @reconwellness on Instagram. If the selected entrant is not following, is ineligible, or cannot be verified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner Notification: By email to the address provided (and Instagram direct message where available) within 48 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to announce the winner's first name and last initial on Sponsor's social channels without further compensation.

Privacy: Submitting the entry form subscribes you to RECON Wellness email; you may unsubscribe at any time. SMS opt-in is optional; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. Personal data is used in accordance with the RECON Wellness Privacy Policy.

General: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
