How to Run It
Post-training: 15–30 minutes in the boots to clear the legs.
Evening: 30 minutes on the Renew mat. Pick 3 Hz or 8 Hz to wind down, 10 Hz for calm focus.
Massage gun anytime for a tight spot, 30–90 seconds per muscle group.
Sizing
Boots: Medium fits 5'4"–5'11". Large fits 5'11"–6'5". Both include the travel case.
