How to Run It
Post-training: 15–30 minutes in the boots.
Evening: 30 minutes on the Renew+ mat with the photon layer on. Bare skin on the surface; a cover blocks the light.
Gun and ball for spot work between sessions.

Boots: Medium fits 5'4"–5'11". Large fits 5'11"–6'5".
