Your Comeback Needs A Routine.

Working back from a training setback. Coming off a fall. Cleared by your provider and ready to get back to it. Every comeback runs on the same thing: a plan you actually follow, every day.

The RECON Recovery System For Your Comeback

A comeback runs in phases, and the right tools change as your training changes. Phase one is cold sessions and targeted red light. Phase two adds a daily downtime session. Phase three adds compression as training load returns. RECON's system gives you a routine for each phase, without forcing the wrong protocol on the wrong week. The comeback that actually comes back is built deliberately, not improvised.

Same Time, Every Day
01 · The Thesis

A Comeback Is A Training Block.

Run the way back like any other block: a start date, a plan and a routine you run every day. Not a pile of gear you reach for when you remember. You programmed your training before the setback. Program the comeback the same way.

The cost of improvising isn't one bad week. It's a routine that never sticks. Sessions get skipped. The plan drifts. Recovery stays an afterthought while training ramps back up. RECON's system gives every phase a time, a place and a setting, so the routine keeps running when motivation dips.

The Comeback Principle
Built Deliberately. Not Improvised.

Your provider sets the pace. Your routine keeps it. Do too little and the comeback drifts. Do too much too soon and you're starting over. The protocol that works isn't faster, it's better timed. Cold sessions and targeted red light first. A daily downtime session from week two. Compression once you're back in training. RECON provides the infrastructure for each phase, not a single product for all of them.

02 · The Routine

Three Layers Run The Routine.

The comeback routine isn't one tool. It's three layers, running in sequence and overlap. RECON covers each one.

01 / Light
Red Light Sessions

Restore Power Handheld for targeted sessions on the area you're working back. A Restore panel once you're back to full-body training. Set the distance, set the time, run it daily.

02 / Cold + Heat
Cryo Wrap Sessions

Cold, heat and contrast settings in one wrap, for knee or shoulder. Use the settings your provider is comfortable with, keep the sessions short, and keep them consistent.

03 / Downtime
Wind-Down Sessions

A comeback is mentally loud. The Renew PEMF Mat gives you a dedicated downtime session: the 3 Hz Wind-Down preset in the evening, the 8 Hz Unwind preset after a hard day. Lie down, set the timer, switch off.

03 · The Compounding Cost

A Comeback Without A Routine Stalls Out.

The setback doesn't end the day you're cleared. Every week without a plan, recovery gets improvised, and improvised routines don't last.

30
Days

Sessions happen when you remember. No baseline, no plan, no streak.

90
Days

Training is back on the calendar. Recovery still isn't. The routine never caught up with the load.

365
Days

The "I used to do X" version of the story. Not because you couldn't. Because the plan ran out.

04 · The Protocol

Three Phases. Different Tools In Each.

The routine changes as your training changes. Phase one is short and simple. Phase two adds a daily downtime layer. Phase three adds compression as training load returns. The system layers in over weeks, not all at once.

01
Restart · Phase 01
Weeks 1 to 2 · Cold Sessions + Targeted Red Light

Cryo Wrap on cold mode on the area you're working back. Restore Power Handheld for targeted red light sessions. Gentle movement, whatever your provider has cleared. Keep it short and keep it daily.

02
Build Back · Phase 02
Weeks 2 to 6 · Add Daily Downtime

Add the Renew PEMF Mat for a daily downtime session, the 3 Hz Wind-Down preset in the evening. Keep the Cryo Wrap in the rotation on contrast mode. Restore Power Handheld daily on the area you're working back. This is where the routine becomes a habit.

03
Back In Training · Phase 03
Week 6+ · The Full Stack

Add a Restore Red Light Panel for full-body sessions now that you're training again. Add Pro Compression Boots once your provider clears you. After training: compression, then PEMF, then red light. Same order every time.

Three Stacks. One Comeback.

Each phase has its own stack. Start where you are. Build the rest as the body asks for it.

Phase 01 · Restart
The Restart Stack

Weeks 1 to 2. Cold sessions and targeted red light on the area you're working back. The restart phase.

Phase 03 · Back In Training
The Full Comeback

Week 6+. Full-body panel + compression once you're back in training. The full routine for the full comeback.

Phase 02's Renew PEMF Mat works with Phase 03's Edge Panel, they're additive, not alternatives. A typical plan runs Phase 01 for two weeks, Phase 02 for a month, then builds into Phase 03 once your provider clears you for training.

Three Protocols. Three Phases.

Built to slot into the actual comeback week, not optimized for an ideal one.

Protocol Phase Duration Stack
Daily Restart Days 1 to 14 40 minutes Cryo Wrap 20 min on cold mode → Restore Power Handheld 15 to 20 min on the area you're working back
Daily Build Back Weeks 2 to 6 50 minutes Restore Power Handheld 15 min → Renew PEMF Mat 20 min on the 8 Hz Unwind preset → Cryo Wrap 15 min on contrast as needed
Daily Back In Training Week 6+ 60 minutes After training: Pro Compression Boots 25 min → Renew PEMF Mat 20 min → Restore Panel 15 min Muscle Recovery preset

Always follow your provider's guidance on when you're cleared. RECON routines support your recovery, they don't replace medical or PT care.

Not Just Back. Back With A Plan.

A comeback runs on consistency. Pick your phase. Build the stack. Run the comeback that actually comes back.
