Tight Spots Need A Routine. Not A Workaround.

That stiff shoulder or tight knee needs more than a rest day. RECON gives it a daily recovery routine: red light, hot and cold contrast, and soft-tissue work before you move. Fifteen minutes, every day, on purpose.

The RECON Routine For Tight Spots

Tight spots aren't a moral failing or an aging tax. They're a routine problem. A good recovery routine for a nagging area covers three things: daily red light, hot and cold contrast for how the area feels, and soft-tissue work before you move. RECON's system covers all three. A marathon and a year at a desk both leave tight spots. Both get the same routine.

01 · The Thesis

Rest Days Aren't A Routine.

Most people handle a nagging spot the same way: ignore it, rest it, then ignore it again. That's a wait-and-see plan, not a recovery routine.

RECON is built for the daily routine: a set time, a set order and a set duration for the area that keeps asking for attention. The goal isn't to mute the area. It's to give it consistent recovery work.

The Consistency Principle
Your Routine Doesn't Care How The Tight Spot Got There.

A marathon. A weekend hike. A year of bad ergonomics at a desk. A long season. Different sources, same answer: show up for the area every day. Same time. Same order. Same settings. The routine doesn't care about the source. RECON gives you the tools to run it.

02 · The Mechanism

Three Tools. One Routine.

A nagging area rarely needs one thing. It needs a routine that covers light, temperature and soft tissue. RECON covers all three.

01 / Light
Daily Red Light

Restore panels run 8 wavelengths from 630 to 1060nm. Park the panel over the area for 15 to 20 minutes a day. Consistency beats intensity.

02 / Temperature
Hot, Cold, Contrast

Cold after a hard session. Heat when the area feels stiff. Contrast when it's both. The Cryo Wrap and the contrast heads on the Deep Pulse put all three in your hands.

03 / Mechanical
Soft Tissue Before Movement

Tight areas get guarded, and guarded areas get tighter. Five to ten minutes of soft-tissue work before you move gets the area ready for gentle movement. Roller, massage gun or Deep Pulse: pick the one you'll actually use.

03 · The Compounding Cost

Skipped Recovery Adds Up Quietly.

It rarely shows up as a single bad day. It shows up as the same tight spot after every session. Movement that quietly shifts to work around the area. Recovery work that keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

30
Days

Same tight spot after every session. The mobility work keeps getting pushed to tomorrow.

90
Days

Movement starts working around the area. Shorter range, favoring one side. A second tight spot shows up.

365
Days

A year of workarounds. Building the routine now is a smaller project than catching up later.

04 · The Protocol

Red Light Daily. Cold After Hard Sessions. Soft Tissue Before Movement.

The order depends on the day. After a hard session: cold first, then red light. Stiff and tight: soft tissue first, then red light. Everyday maintenance: red light alone is enough. The routine flexes around how the area feels.

01
Restore Red Light
15 to 20 Minutes · Daily Or As Needed

The 8-wavelength dual-chip system runs 630 to 670nm red and 810 to 1060nm near-infrared. Use the panel for full-area coverage or the handheld for spot sessions. The Muscle Recovery preset on every panel runs all wavelengths at full power for 20 minutes.

02
Cryo Wrap
20 to 30 Minutes · After Hard Sessions Or Daily

Infrared + hot/cold contrast + vibration in one wrap. Cold mode after a hard session. Hot mode when the area feels stiff. Contrast mode for the area that feels worked and tight. Fits knee, shoulder, elbow, or any joint where the wrap can secure.

03
Soft Tissue Work
5 to 10 Minutes · Before Movement Or As Needed

Deep Pulse with red light + contrast for stubborn tightness. Pulse Massage Gun for daily soft tissue. Power Roller and Power Ball for the spots that need pressure plus a surface. Gets the area ready to move before you train.

Three Configurations. One System.

Start with the one spot that won't quit. Add the modalities as you understand the pattern. Build the full system when recovery becomes daily.

The Spot Reset

Two products. One nagging area. Daily 15-minute routine for the joint or spot that won't quit.

The Full Recovery Stack

Full-area panel + RECON Renew PEMF + every targeted tool. For the person with tight spots in multiple areas who wants one daily routine that covers all of them.

Same Engine. Same Wavelengths. Different Coverage.

All five Restore Red Light Panels run the same 8-wavelength dual-chip system, 630, 650, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850, 1060nm, with the same touchscreen, the same app, the same Muscle Recovery preset. The size you pick depends on whether you're covering one area or five. For tight spots: a bigger panel means more of the body gets covered in a single session.

Every Tool For Tight Spots. One Place.

Each one stands alone. Each one compounds with the others. Pick a starting point.

Three Protocols. Three Kinds Of Days.

The right sequence depends on how the area feels today. A post-session cool-down needs different timing than stubborn tightness.

Protocol When Duration Stack
Post-Session Cool-Down After a hard session 35 minutes Cryo Wrap 20 min on cold mode → Restore panel 15 min aimed at the area
Stubborn Tightness Recurring stiffness 30 minutes Deep Pulse 5 to 10 min on soft tissue → Restore panel 15 min → Cryo Wrap 10 min on contrast mode
Daily Maintenance Ongoing area · 3 to 5×/week 20 minutes Restore panel 15 min (Muscle Recovery preset) → Power Roller 5 min on adjacent tissue

Note: The Muscle Recovery preset on every Restore panel runs all 8 wavelengths at 100% for 20 minutes. The Sleep preset disables all NIR, use it if you're running the panel within 90 minutes of bed.

Stop Waiting It Out. Start The Routine.

A marathon and a year of bad ergonomics both leave tight spots. Pick your tier. Build the stack. Give the area consistent recovery work, every day.
