Shipping Policy
RECON Recovery Concierge ships nationwide within the United States and to select international destinations. Our goal is to deliver products quickly, safely, and transparently — with clear expectations regarding processing times, delivery windows, and responsibility once your package is in transit.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
U.S. Domestic Shipping:
- Economy Shipping (RECON-Paid on qualifying orders): 5–8 business days
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Options: 2-Day or Overnight (available at checkout)
International Shipping:
International shipping timelines vary by destination and customs processing times. Shipping rates, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed. RECON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
When Shipping Is Free
RECON offers free Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) on:
- All U.S. orders over $150
Orders under $150 or orders requiring upgraded shipping speeds (2-Day, Overnight, etc.) will display calculated rates at checkout.
Free shipping applies to domestic U.S. addresses only.
International Orders
Yes, we currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.
Important: Customers are responsible for all import fees, including VAT, duties, and customs clearance charges. International shipping rates and estimated duties are calculated at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: Due to carrier limitations and product size, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You may click the link in the email or log into your RECON account at www.reconwellness.com to view shipment status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked "Delivered" but not received:
- Check with neighbors or building staff
- Check around your property (porches, garages, side doors)
- Contact your local carrier office
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered early
If still missing, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. RECON will assist in the process, but we are not liable for theft or misdelivery once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
For added protection, we recommend selecting Route Package Protection or similar coverage at checkout.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the box and product
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at support@reconwellness.com
- Include your photos and order number in the email
We'll assist with a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has not yet shipped, email us immediately at support@reconwellness.com with your order number and the updated shipping address.
Once a shipment has been dispatched, we cannot modify or reroute the package.
