One of my favorite things about working out at Arsenal Health Arvada is getting to use the Titan Panel afterward. I typically use the Red Light/Near Infrared Light setting, and I can honestly say that not all red light panels are created equal. I’ve used many different red light panels over the past decade, and I notice a distinct difference with the Titan Panel compared to others I’ve tried. Most noticeably, I feel my body drop into a parasympathetic state fairly quickly, which is exactly what I’m looking with my recovery modalities. I also love that it’s a local!
