← B2B Partnership / Esthetics & Med-Spa
For Med-Spa Owners & Esthetics Studio Operators

Every service you sell needs a provider. This one doesn't.

Your ceiling is payroll, not demand. Commercial red light and PEMF are the only lines on an esthetics menu that bill on a membership and run with nobody in the room — about two minutes of staff time per session.

Send your member count and a photo of the room — you'll get a build spec and the math back. Or read the partner terms.

Quick Answer

Commercial red light and PEMF are the two lines on an esthetics or med-spa menu that earn without consuming a provider hour. RECON prices by pillar count: 20% off MSRP for one (Station), 28% for two (Room), 35% for three (Suite). A Station on a Restore Titan is $2,799; a Room adds two Renew+ Photon PEMF mats at $4,462; a Suite adds two Elite compression systems at $4,872. Every Restore panel runs the same 8-wavelength dual-chip architecture across five sizes, $399 to $3,499. Operators sell it as a $99–$199/month unlimited add-on or $40–$75 single sessions, on standard 110V. PEMF and compression carry a 30-Day Activation Guarantee; red light does not.

Step 01 — The Bottleneck

Your Revenue Ceiling Is Provider-Hours, Not Demand

Every line on your menu bills a person, not a room.

Two to eight providers. A book that closes out weeks ahead. That is not a marketing problem — it is an arithmetic one. Every service on your menu needs a licensed pair of hands in a chair for forty-five minutes or more, so your ceiling is payroll and calendar.

The Ask

Clients Name It Now

Red light stopped being a differentiator and became a checkbox. Clients ask for it by name. A studio with no answer sends the question — and the membership — to one that has.

The Block

Capacity Means Payroll

The conventional way to add a revenue line is another room and another provider — recruiting, licensing, fixed payroll. A purchase you can stop. A hire you cannot.

The Clock

Someone Adds It First

Light is going into rooms across your trade area this year. Whoever puts it on a membership first keeps the client who was going to ask you for it.

"Light is not an amenity. It's infrastructure — and infrastructure gets built to spec, not bought on price."

A client mid-session under a RECON commercial red light panel in an esthetics studio — room time that bills without consuming a provider hour.
Step 02 — The System

What Separates RECON Red Light

One architecture. Five sizes. Start targeted, scale to full-body.

01

Eight wavelengths, not two

Every Restore panel runs the same eight-wavelength array — 630, 650, 660, 670, 810, 830, 850 and 1060nm — with 1–100% dimming per wavelength, 1–10,000 Hz pulse control, and seven presets including Skin Care, Muscle Recovery, Joint Support and Sleep. One fixture, several distinct sessions on your menu.

02

Dual-chip LEDs

Each diode houses two chips — red and near-infrared — firing from the same point source through 30° focused optics, so coverage overlaps rather than alternates and dose stays even across the panel. Verified irradiance runs 155–180 mW/cm² at six inches by size — published per model, measured at a stated distance.

03

Five sizes, one architecture

Start where your room starts. The Restore ONE is 12.6 × 9.1 inches at $399, built for targeted work — face, joints, small areas — and runs the same eight wavelengths as the flagship. Core ($699) covers the torso, Edge ($1,399) half the body, Apex ($2,395) full body, Titan ($3,499) full body at maximum width. Add a size when the schedule asks for it; the protocols carry across. Below the panels sit single-chair formats — the Restore POWER handheld (660 and 850nm) and the Lumi-Mask (415, 630 and 830nm).

04

The commercial step-up

Blackline Forge steps up: nine wavelengths — the Restore array plus 480 and 590nm — at ≥160 mW/cm² at six inches, 1,152 dual-chip diodes per panel, same dimming and pulse control. Built to order, then installed, calibrated and staff-trained on site by RECON. From $6,499, 3-year commercial warranty.

Restore panels and Blackline SKUs are FDA Class II registered (510(K) exempt), CE, RoHS, IEC 60601/62471, UL tested. Published specifications by pillar: commercial red light · commercial PEMF · commercial compression.

Step 03 — The Math

Red Light Revenue Math for a Med-Spa: Three Models

Example math. Your inputs on the call.

The default model here is a membership add-on: unlimited light and PEMF at $99–$199 a month, single sessions at $40–$75, on the membership you already run. Every number below is arithmetic you can verify, each system priced at the tier it lands in.

Model A — Break-even per system at $50 a session

System MSRP Partner price Session price Break-even
Restore Titan panel $3,499 ≈ $2,519 (28%) $50 51 sessions
Renew+ Photon PEMF Mat $1,349 ≈ $971 (28%) $50 20 sessions
Elite Compression System $649 ≈ $422 (35%) $50 9 sessions

Fifty-one sessions on the Titan is two a day for five operating weeks. As a Station at 20% the same panel is $2,799 — 56 sessions. Not a capital-committee conversation; a question of whether the room gets booked.

Model B — The membership add-on

This model turns one purchase into a recurring line on a membership you already bill. Take 400 active members and an unlimited light-and-PEMF add-on inside the $99–$199 range:

Attach rate Members on the add-on At $99/mo At $129/mo Year 1 at $129
10% — the floor 40 $3,960/mo $5,160/mo $61,920
15% — planning case 60 $5,940/mo $7,740/mo $92,880
25% — mature program 100 $9,900/mo $12,900/mo $154,800

At the planning case a $4,462 Room clears its cost in about 18 days and returns $92,880 in year one. At the floor — 10% attach, bottom of the range — it still pays back in about five weeks. Attach rate decides all of it, which is why the activation protocol ships with the equipment.

Model C — Revenue per provider-hour

What should decide this is what an hour of licensed labor yields — the one resource you cannot buy more of this quarter.

Provider-staffed service RECON light + PEMF room
Session price $150 (assumed) $50
Provider minutes consumed 45–60 ≈ 2 (orientation, reset)
Revenue per provider-hour ≈ $150–$200 ≈ $1,500
Capacity capped by Payroll Room-hours

Run it forward. One panel across a ten-hour day at thirty-minute sessions offers twenty slots — 440 a month over twenty-two operating days. Fill a quarter, 110 sessions at $50, and that is $5,500 a month against roughly 3.7 hours of staff time. The same 3.7 provider-hours sold as a staffed service is about $550.

Same labor. Ten times the output.

Step 04 — The Build

Med-Spa Red Light and PEMF Equipment: Station, Room, or Suite

Light leads here. The discount follows the build.

Most environments RECON specs start with compression. Esthetics starts with Restore — the line clients name unprompted and the one that runs unattended. Renew (PEMF, nervous-system regulation) comes second; Activate / Circulate (compression) completes the menu. Pricing follows pillar count: one pillar 20% off, two 28%, all three 35%.

Build What's in it MSRP Partner tier Your cost
Station One pillar — light only.Restore Titan panel ($3,499). No Activation Guarantee on this build — see terms. $3,499 20% off $2,799
Room Two pillars. The Titan plus 2× Renew+ Photon PEMF Mat ($1,349 each, $2,698). Guarantee attaches here. $6,197 28% off $4,462
Suite All three pillars. The Room plus 2× Elite Compression System ($649 each, $1,298). $7,495 35% off $4,872

Configurations are illustrative. A second room usually runs a Restore Edge ($1,399) or Apex ($2,395); a targeted station runs the ONE ($399) or Core ($699); a Renew+ Pillow ($299) is the common accessory add. Flagship: the Blackline Forge, from $6,499, built to order, qualification call, no guarantee.

Step 05 — The Menu

How the Room Gets Priced, Powered, and Run Without a Provider

Provider-free by design, not by shortcut.

Price

Add-On, Not a New Program

$40–$75 a single session for walk-in and guest revenue. $99–$199 a month unlimited for members. Bolt it to the membership you already bill.

Footprint

A 10×10 Room, 110V

A panel and a mat fit a converted retail corner or a small back room. Standard outlets — no plumbing, no permit, no contractor. Blackline is the sole exception.

Ops

Book, Orient Once, Self-Serve

Client books online, gets a one-time orientation, runs it themselves after. Staff time is the reset between sessions.

The second line on the menu is downtime. Clients who booked something with downtime want a reason to be in your building during it, and an unattended light-and-PEMF session goes on the calendar for day two. Price it into the procedure package rather than selling it cold.

One boundary, plainly: RECON makes no claim about what light does to a procedure result, and your front desk should not either. Sell the session and the schedule. Screening protocol and client-facing language ship in the Onboarding Kit; your consent and intake forms stay as they are.

Step 06 — The Terms

The Guarantee, the Kit, and What This Costs Per Member

Risk first. Then what's included. Then the anchor.

Start with the risk

There is no esthetics case study on this page yet, and inventing one would be the fastest way to lose you. So RECON carries the risk — its own deposit, behind the protocol.

30-DAY ACTIVATION GUARANTEE30-Day Activation Guarantee. If your facility doesn't book 40 paid compression sessions (or 30 paid PEMF sessions) in the first 30 days per system, we refund your deposit in full. One condition: you run the activation protocol we hand you on day one.

Read the scope; it matters more here than in any vertical RECON sells to. The guarantee covers compression and PEMF. It does not cover red light. A Station here is red light only, so a Station carries no Activation Guarantee at all — Restore panels ship from stock on standard return terms, and that is the protection on that build. The guarantee attaches when PEMF enters at Room. Want RECON's money behind your launch? Buy the Room.

Blackline panels are special-order: cancel for any reason before fabrication, non-returnable after, 3-year commercial warranty, qualification call first. No Activation Guarantee applies to Blackline either.

What comes with every order

Operator Onboarding Kit. Staff training, the client screening protocol and contraindication list, session templates, and operator support. Included at every tier, every commercial order.

The activation protocol. The thirty-day launch: social templates, a member email sequence, front-desk scripts, and in-room signage, on day one. It is the variable that decides whether attach lands at 10% or 25%.

Drop-ship affiliate program. Members who run the protocol in your room will ask what they can run at home. They order through your co-branded page and you earn 20–25% margin on attributed sales, scaling with your tier.

The anchor: cost per member

A Suite at $4,872 across 400 active members is $12.18 per member — once — for a line that bills every month afterward. The Room works out to $11.16. Set that against the conventional way to add a revenue line: another room and another provider, with recruiting, licensing and payroll attached. One of those you can stop.

Why the timing is real

Lead time. Everything stocked runs the day it lands. Blackline Forge is built to order on 6–8 weeks — a Blackline on your spring menu is a decision you make now.

Founding Partner program. The first 10 operators in each vertical earn Founding Partner status: lifetime case study placement, priority service, direct founder access. No extra discount — Suite at 35% is the maximum. Expires December 31, 2026.

Step 07 — Objections

Commercial Red Light for Med-Spas: Questions, Answered Straight

What makes RECON's panels different?

Eight wavelengths on every Restore panel, 630 through 1060nm, where most devices run two. Dual-chip diodes firing red and near-infrared from one point source through 30° optics, so dose stays even. Verified irradiance of 155–180 mW/cm² at six inches, published per size. And one architecture across five sizes: the protocol you run on a Restore ONE runs on a Titan.

How much provider time does this actually consume?

Roughly two minutes a session — a one-time front-desk orientation, then a room reset between clients. Nobody licensed needs to be in the room while it runs. It is the only line on your menu that adds sellable hours without adding provider hours.

What should I charge for red light and PEMF sessions?

Single sessions run $40–$75. The recurring money is a $99–$199 monthly unlimited add-on on your existing membership. At 400 active members, 15% attach at $129 is $7,740 a month — clearing a $4,462 Room in about 18 days.

How do I structure it as a membership add-on rather than a new program?

Attach it as a tier on the membership you already bill, not a separate product with its own sign-up. Members opt in at renewal or their next visit, using the front-desk script and email sequence in the activation protocol. A separate program needs a marketing engine. A tier needs one conversation.

How much room and what power does it need?

A panel and a PEMF mat fit a 10×10 room, a converted retail corner, or a back room you stopped using. Everything stocked runs on standard 110V outlets — no plumbing, no dedicated circuit, no permit. Blackline is the exception: qualification call on room, power and utilization first.

How fast can it be running?

Restore panels, Renew+ Photon mats and Elite compression ship from stock and are operational the day they arrive — no install, no commissioning visit. Blackline Forge is built to order on 6–8 weeks; sequence the stocked equipment first so the room bills while the flagship is in fabrication.

Restore or Blackline — which panel should I buy?

Restore for almost every esthetics room: eight wavelengths, dual-chip, five sizes from the targeted ONE at $399 through Core $699, Edge $1,399, Apex $2,395 and Titan $3,499 — all from stock. Blackline Forge when light anchors your positioning: nine wavelengths (adds 480 and 590nm), ≥160 mW/cm², 1,152 dual-chip diodes, from $6,499, built to order on 6–8 weeks with RECON installing and training on site.
